Our third instalment of View From Here – celebrating Northern Irish new writing!
What is it to be Northern Irish today? What futures can we imagine when surrounded by history? View From Here present four plays by established and emerging playwrights who use dark humour and engaging storytelling to forge a new path through the post-industrial landscape, to explore our relationship to the past and what it means for our identity today.
Join us for a night of stories from Northern Ireland, directed and performed by a company of young and vibrant actors and theatre-makers. Including ‘Half a Glass of Water’ by James Tait Black Prize Winner, David Ireland; ‘Lally The Scut’ by Susan Blackburn Prize winner Abbie Spallen; writing from emerging talent Patrick Dunlea and a new commission from writer/performer Alice Malseed.
You can book your tickets here at the Theatre503 website.
